Sabre Holdings – parent company of travel booking site Lastminute.com – is considering selling off the business as part of a strategy to focus on its core technology business.
Sabre, which provides data-driven services to airlines, hotels and travel agencies, said it is currently exploring strategic options for the booking brand including a potential sale.
