Customers of Harris+Hool will now be able to order and pay for their coffee via the chain’s mobile app, as it releases an update to help make the in-store experience more seamless.
When customers check-in to a store and make their coffee order through the ‘My Usual’ service within the app, they can then pay automatically via a top-up account.
“We’ve already had over 100,000 check-ins at our 36 shops since the app launched in August 2013, and we’re really excited about this next stage,” said Danielle Anderson, director of digital experience at Harris+Hoole.
