Liverpool FC unveils new social portal intended to drive fan engagement

Liverpool FC has partnered with social network agency Vixlet to launch a new social portal for its global fan base.

The redesigned LFC Xtra is a transformation of club’s ‘Xtra magazine’ and offers fans exclusive content and a dedicated social media platform.

The social network has been designed by the Los Angeles-based Vixlet and will enable fans to check out the latest club and player news, watch videos or troll over statistics.

Users will also be able to create and share their own stories, customise the layout and engage with other fans.
