Ariana Grande’s One Love charity gig for the victims of last week’s Manchester terrorist attack could surpass Live Aid as the most-watched concert event to date with 43 countries on board to broadcast the event live.
Taking place tomorrow (Sunday 4 June) at Manchester’s Emirates Old Trafford, in addition to ABC in the US, networks in China, Australia, South America and across Asia have agreed to air the show with many more still in talks.
Sunday’s event will also be streamed online, meaning One Love could surpass the estimated one billion viewers who tuned in for 1985’s Live Aid.
