4G Wi-Fi to be installed at Glastonbury in form of fibre-glass cow statues
EE, the technology partner of Glastonbury Festival 2014, is installing fibre-glass cow statues to provide 4G Wi-Fi hotspots to allow music fans to upload their festival memories.
Having announced that it would again be technology partner for the legendary festival in April, EE will install a bespoke 4G network on site for the festival weekend, which will power the green and yellow cows, inspired by the dairy herd at Worthy Farm.
