Amazon is rolling out an internal system for its employees designed to turn around the scathing publicity it has sustained in the media over the treatment of its warehouse workers.

Amazon Connections will look to create a picture of the daily working conditions from the perspective of its employees in an attempt to improve its damaged working culture.

Under the new system, employees are asked to submit daily feedback on an array of work related topics such as job satisfaction, leadership and training opportunities which will is then be compiled into a report.
