Amobee and Turn is committed to providing marketers with transparency, says Amobee CEO Kim Perell
As Amobee completed its acquisition of turn, it’s chief executive Kim Perrell released a blog post detailing the intentions of the united companies, including a commitment to providing transparency to marketers.
Details first emerged that Amobee, owned by Singaporean telco Singtel, was acquiring Turn in February, with the total paid reportedly sitting around the $310m mark.
