Apple release U2 album removal tool

Apple has responded to a clamour from irate non U2 fans by releasing an album removal tool specifically for the purpose of deleting the offending album from recipient’s accounts.
The move follows a free giveaway of the supergroup’s latest album, Songs of Innocence, to 500m registered iTunes users as part of promotional activity ahead of the iPhone 6 launch.
Not everyone welcomed the gift however as the mere presence of the album in their collections meant its tracks were primed to pop up whilst music streaming, to the consternation of those not wishing to have their ears assaulted by Bono.
