Arianna Huffington to bring HuffPost to her native Greece in 24Media partnership
Arianna Huffington, head of the Huffington Post Media Group, has announced that she will be bringing the publication to her native country, Greece, in a move which will see the firm collaborate with 24Media.
The new Greek language news site will be backed by one of Greece’s biggest digital media publishers 24Media, along with several Greek financial partners.
HuffPost Greece will be based in the nation’s capital city Athens and will officially open for business this November. It will be the latest addition to the Huffington Post’s integrated global newsroom, which creates content internationally for readers in eight languages.
