B2B marketers use social media more often but still do not see enough ROI, report states

A growing percentage of US business-to-business (B2B) marketers say they are using social media to promote their businesses with a recent poll suggesting that the second most widely used tactic for customer acquisition is social media, surpassed only by email marketing. But according to many B2B executives, social media marketing has not always lived up to expectations, particularly when it comes to metrics like return on investment (ROI).
