Barneys kicks off #GirlPossible campaign in support of UN International Day of the Girl
Barneys New York is supporting the UN’s International Day of the Girl (IDG) this Sunday (11 October) with a social media and in store campaign to help raise awareness of the issues surrounding girls.
The US department store has teamed with The Girls Lounge, which creates female-focused spaces at male-dominated industry conferences, for the campaign, and is asking the public to finish the sentence “Anything is possible when…” before taking a picture and uploading it to social media with the hashtag #GirlPossible. Meanwhile in store it will dedicate its window displays across the country to the campaign.
