Buckingham Palace 'disappointed' as The Sun publishes archive footage of Queen & Queen Mum using Nazi salute
StigAt the time of writing it was unclear as to how TBuckingham Palace has said that it is ‘disappointed’ after The Sun published archive video footage of the Queen and her mother and sister seemingly raising their arms to offer Nazi salutes.
The tabloid newspaper has led with the front cover splash ‘Their Royal Heilnesses’ with a picture taken from the footage of a young Elizabeth mimicking the gesture being made by her mother and sister Margaret, and Prince Edward VIII encouraging them.
