Chris Evans hints that he might do Top Gear solo
Chris Evans has responded to speculation over who his co-presenters could be on Top Gear by hinting that he might go it alone.
Evans suggested that the trio format used by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May might not be adopted when he takes the up the reins to the show next year.
Speaking to the Press Association, the Radio 2 presenter said was “going to do things differently” and was quick to brush aside the idea that he would have to co-hosts.
