Futureproof has named Clive Holland as its first chairman.

Holland has joined having spent 40 years in various roles, including managing director of Grey Global and chairman of Young & Rubicam.

Working alongside Futureproof’s managing partners Lizzie Penny and Matt Campbell, he has been charged with directing the agency’s expansion.

“Futureproof is the most exciting and dynamic small agency I have seen recently,” he said. “In terms of their creativity, thinking and energy level they are ready to play in the premier league of agencies and I look forward to helping them get there.”
