Daily Mail and General Trust boss, Martin Morgan, to step down

The Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) chief executive, Martin Morgan, is to step down at the end of the month, drawing to a close his 27 years at the tabloid paper group.

Morgan will retire from his positions at the DMGT and Euromoney boards on 31 May. He will leave the company on 30 June but will take on an advisory role for a year from January 2017.

Paul Zwillenberg, who is currently global leader for the media sector at The Boston Consulting Group, will take over Morgan’s roles from 1 June 2016.
