David Cameron outlines "digital mission" to bring broadband to all by 2020

Within the next five years every home and business in the UK will have access to a fast broadband connection.
Under plans announced by David Cameron, the government is to give the public a legal right to “affordable” broadband, making it a basic service akin to water or electricity.
