DNA Seattle creates, hires for newly created talent and culture position

Seattle-based independent DNA has announced the creation of a new position, director of talent and culture, and hired Charlene Short to lead the new effort. Effectively, the move is designed to help the agency attract and retain talent. As the agency continues its growth arc, Short will be tasked with filling open positions, onboarding new hires, creating training and development programs and generally supporting DNA’s overall culture.
