Here’s a stomach churning new trend sweeping social media: Snapchat surgery.

A Miami surgeon, dubbed Dr Snapchat, has been raking in around a half a million viewers a day for his no-holds-barred videos and images from inside the operating theatre.

Not for the squeamish, Michael Salzhauer’s short videos and snaps show him carrying out breast implants, butt lifts and tummy tucks in graphic detail.
