Newly launched domain name .London has seen over 40,000 domain names registered with both UK and overseas businesses, according to the latest figures.

Over 15 per cent of the around 40,000 .London domains registered through GoDaddy came from outside of the UK with companies from the USA snapping up 5.9 per cent of new registrations and Germany businesses taking at 1.9 per cent of sites registered.
