Controversial comedian Frankie Boyle has said that the BBC should sack Top Gear presenter, Jeremy Clarkson, describing him as “a cultural tumour”.

According to the Telegraph, Boyle made the comments while being interviews at the Edinburgh International Television Festival, adding that Clarkson had only kept his job following recent controversies, including, most recently, the use of a racial slur during the filming of Top Gear, because he “knows people in power”, and went on to include the Prime Minister, David Cameron as one of those “people.”
