Google and AdClub give 2014 Young Innovator's Award to creators of ReOrganic

Google and the Advertising Club of New York have chosen two young men from the Netherlands, Stefan Apswoude and Willem Droog to receive the 2014 Young innovators award.

Apswoude, 24, and Droog, 26, were the masterminds behind ReOrganics by John Patrick, a program that allows people to donate their used clothes to fashion students who will then rework the designs and showcase them both online and at New York fashion week. The pair said that they started the company to reduce textile waste in landfills, which ultimately contributes to global warming.
