Initiative, the full service media agency, has announced the appointment of Kate Bower to serve as global chief strategy officer, a position which will entail development of the agency’s US strategic operations.

Arriving from Starcom Mediavest, where Bower served as strategic lead on the Samsung account, Bower has extensive experience of both management and promoting her client’s products across international markets.
