JamieOliver.com dishes out poisonous malware to visitors following hack attack

A web security firm has spotted malicious coding in the Jamie Oliver website which redirects users to a page offering the download of a file which could “wreak havoc on users’ systems”.

The MalwareBytes security blog exposed the danger of visiting JamieOliver.com, stating that the site -the UK’s 536th most viewed receiving 10 million hits a month – was compromised by hackers.

The hijacked website would redirect visitors to a WordPress page where it would initialise a download of harmful software to their devices.
