Kanye West has disappeared from Twitter and Instagram deserting his millions of followers across the social networks.

At present, the US rap star has given no reason for quitting the platforms, leading fans to turn to his wife, Kim Kardashian West, for answers as she carried the burden of promoting their children’s clothing line online.

In November, West cancelled remaining dates on his Saint Pablo tour following a nervous breakdown reportedly triggered by the anniversary of his mother’s death.
