A leak hunt for the source of an historic video depicting a young Queen and her family making a Nazi salute has pointed to its inadvertent release by Palace’s own officials.

According to The Telegraph an unedited copy of the controversial footage may have been released to documentary film-makers by accident following the publication of an edited version of the same clip last year, when it appeared in a Royal exhibition.
