Lindsay Lohan's GTA V lawsuit against Rockstar Games has been dismissed
Actress Lindsay Lohan has had a lawsuit against the makers popular videogame Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) dismissed by a New York state appeals court.
The Mean Girls star was was suing Rockstar Games’ parent company, Take-Two Interactive Software, because she claimed that images used in the game and marketing materials of character ‘Lacey Jonas’ were based on a picture taken of the celebrity in 2007.
A panel of judges have, however, determined that Lohan’s likeness was not used anywhere in the game or its marketing materials.
