M&C Saatchi's Elspeth Lynn ousted following restructure that ditches ECD role

M&C Saatchi has restructured its creative department and axed the role of executive creative director (ECD), leading to the departure of Elspeth Lynn.

The agency has reallocated its creative leadership to Mark Goodwin, Jason Lawes, Sam Ball and Dave Bedwood, while Grant Parker will remain as head of art.

The four creative directors will oversee specific client businesses with the view to developing deeper understanding and a more hands-on approach to running the business.

The ECD role held by Lynn will no longer exist within the company.
