McCann New York has appointed Lea Ladera, formerly a creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi, as its new executive creative director.

Ladera has worked on a variety of popular, big-name campaigns including the American Express campaign featuring Tina Fey, Coca Cola, McDonald’s and Macy’s.

“I’m arriving at McCann at a great time. There’s huge momentum, extraordinary talent and opportunities,” said Ladera.

Tom Murphy, McCann NY’s co-chief creative officer said Ladera is a welcome addition to the office.
