Marketing communications agency Palmer Hargreaves has named Mick Stoves as its new UK managing director, based in the group’s Leamington Spa office.

Stoves has served with PH for 18 years in both account handling and business development roles. He said: “According to Google, the first communications agency was set up 228 years ago.
