Pandora’s marketing director Nicole McInnes has abruptly relinquished her role amidst accusations of corporate bullying conducted by management at the music network’s New Zealand office.

A cloud had been cast over McInnes following aspersions from four separate lawsuits instigated by former employees at Pandora Australia and New Zealand. One is said to include former commercial director Melanie Reece who tendered her resignation at the tail end of 2015.

Local trade title StopPress suggests that Reece has now filed a personal grievance claim against her former employers and is quoted as describing the workplace environment at Pandora as ‘toxic’, with MD Jane Huxley Read full story ›
