Publicis strengthens portfolio with acquisition of creative content agency August

Publcis Worldwide has snapped up creative content agency August in a move designed to strengthen its portfolio with the addition of clients such as Ikea, Gap and Renault.
The deal will see August’s 65 staff transfer to Publicis UK’s Baker Street headquarters later this month where they will continue to build brand s with enticing content, working alongside Publicis London (creative), POKE (digital), Vivid (shopper marketing) and Publicis Chemistry (CRM and one to one communications).
