Queen Elizabeth sends first ever tweet after a summer of photobomb antics
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has landed on Twitter posting her first ever tweet from the official @BritishMonarchy account.
The communication occured during the opening ceremony of London’s Science Museum, which the monarch tweeting in front of 600 guests.
The momentous occasion was quickly followed by the #TheQueenTweets hashtag, with many social media users welcoming the Queen to the platform.
