Richard Branson considering Virgin holiday policy change granting employees as many holidays as they desire
Virgin founder Richard Branson has announced that will consider removing the firm’s annual leave limit in a bid to improve company morale and reward employees for efficient work.
On the Virgin blog, Branson said he was impressed by a similar Netflix scheme implemented earlier this year – adding that he wanted that working environment for his staff.
The entrepreneur said: “Flexible working has revolutionised how, where and when we all do our jobs. So, if working nine to five no longer applies, then why should strict annual leave (vacation) policies?”
