In about 10 years’ time, wallets will become something of a curiosity. We will all wonder why we ever bothered to carry around so many cards, cash and receipts. Receipts will all be digital, making expense claims almost instantaneous. Cash will all be on pre-paid cards, or apps, and credit and debit cards will have all gone electronic.
