Singtel-owned Amobee buys Turn in a deal worth $310m
Singtel programmatic advertising subsidiary Amobee has bought data management platform Turn for a deal worth an enterprise value of US $310m. Full terms were not disclosed.
According to Amobee, the deal completes its ad stack proposition, allowing it to service clients with what it claims to be an “end-to-end” solution across all channels, formats and devices. Turn’s offering has been used for buying digital ads in real time across video, mobile and display for major brands including Kraft Heinz, Toyota and L’Oréal USA.
