Starbucks-led initiative will help 100,000 young people get jobs

Hilton, JCPenney, and Taco Bell along with a handful of other major US companies are joining forces to take part in a Starbucks-led coalition that aims to help thousands of young people find employment.
Called the ‘100,000 Opportunities Initiative,’ the companies hope to assist at least 100,000 people ages 16-24 who face barriers to jobs and education though internships, training programs, and both part-time and full-time jobs.
Starbucks plans to hire at least 10,000 young employees over the next three years.
