Subway has suspended its relationship with former spokesman Jared Fogel following an FBI raid on his Indianapolis homes yesterday morning, reportedly in connection to a child-pornography investigation.

The sandwich chain has removed all references to him from its social media accounts and released a statement confirming that the company and Fogel “have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation”. The statement confirmed that “Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming”.

The company also tweeted the announcement a short time later.
