The New York Post calls out Obama’s reluctance to link Isis to Islam in brutal blindfold cover
The New York Post has published a front page splash featuring US President Barack Obama wearing a blindfold in criticism of his foreign policy in the Middle East.
In particular, the highly critical article, published today (Thursday 19 February), slated Obama for his unwillingness to brand Isis as ‘Muslim Terrorists’ during a White House’s summit tackling extremism on Wednesday.
Obama declared: “[Isis] are not religious leaders; they are terrorists, we are not at war with Islam. We are at war with people who have perverted Islam.”
