Tight Briefs – the best of week four: Advertise the world wide web winner revealed

For our fourth Tight Briefs challenge, we celebrated the birthday of the world wide web by challenging the creative industry to dream up adverts to promote the web to people who’ve never used it.

As always, we left it to our readers to decide which of the many ideas we received best answered the brief in a public vote on thedrum.com this week.
