Twitter deal with Google means you'll find Tweets posted much faster

Twitter is expected today to announce a new partnership with Google, making tweets easier to find on the world’s No 1 search engine.
The deal, said the New York Times , quoting a person familiar with the matter, will give Google direct access to the hundreds of millions of tweets that flow through Twitter every day.
In the first half of this year, tweets will start to be visible in Google’s search results as soon as they’re posted, thanks to a deal giving the Web company access to Twitter’s firehose, the stream of data generated by the microblogging service’s Read full story ›
