"Twitter desperately needs fresh thinking" says We Are Social chief on Dick Costolo departure
The departure of Twitter’s chief executive Dick Costolo is the result of a company that “desperately needs fresh thinking” according to the global managing director of social media agency We Are Social, Robin Grant.
In relation to Costolo’s resignation after months of shareholder pressure, Grant told The Drum: “When Dick Costolo led Twitter to an impressive debut on the New York Stock Exchange in 2013 it looked as though he was the right person to take the platform forward, capitalising on its new status as a public company.
