Twitter has instructed members who have been openly naming the couple at the centre of a ‘celebrity threesome’ storm to voluntarily remove the offending tweets, warning that they are ‘allegedly in violation of local law in the UK’.

Composed by Twitter’s legal team the message follows yesterday’s decision by the Supreme Court in England & Wales to uphold a privacy junction gagging local media from discussing the incident.
