Twitter reaction: Creative legend David Bowie dies at age 69
Music legend David Bowie has passed away at the age of 69 after a 18 month battle with cancer.
The new of singer’s passing was announced by his film director son, Duncan Jones, in a statement released on Bowie’s official social media accounts.
“David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18-month battle with cancer,” it said.
