Two arrested, one cautioned in 'fake software' swoop
Two Lincolnshire men were detained by police yesterday over accusations they were selling counterfeit software online.
The pair, who have not been named, were believed to have been selling fake computer software discs, including copies of products from tech giants Microsoft and Adobe.
The arrests were the second in a week by detectives from City of London Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) which also removed items from a Manchester property on Monday in relation to an illegal sports streaming website.
