Nominations for the UK Events Awards that today been revealed, with ScottishPower, IAB and whynot! among the companies who have been named finalists in multiple categories.

The nominees were judged by a panel, chaired by Richard Dodgson of Timebased Events, who had the job of assessing the record number of entries and deciding who made it through to the nominations stage.

Other nominees include Excel London, Visit Cornwall, Welcome to Yorkshire, Eventbrite and Maximillion, with the full list available on the UK Event Awards website.
