VCCP has acquired independent media agency adconnection in a move that will see it fully merge with VCCP’s existing media operation, VCCP Media to create a combined media company worth over £50m.

The newly merged operation will have around 70 staff and will have clients such as ASOS, Bonhams, Maplin, Jessops, Vue Cinemas and MTV.

Paul Mead will be the chairman of VCCP Media with Catherine Becker, current chief executive of adconnection, heading the new business.
