Calver, who joined in April 2012 from LoveFilm and was tasked with restoring profitability and relevancy to the mother and baby product retailer, has resigned although the company has not issued a reason. Launched by chancellor George Osborne the commercial highlights some of the sticks which can be used to beat miscreants; including punitive fines of 200 per cent of tax owed in addition to criminal prosecution and jail terms.
