By Stephen Lepitak The Telegraph Media Group made pre-tax profits of £57m last year, it has reported, down slightly from 2012. The newspaper publishing company behind the Telegraph and the Sunday Telegraph, saw pre-tax profits fall by £0.2m on the previous year, with an operating profit of £57.8m for its year ended 29 December 2013. Turnover declined by 0.7 per cent to £325.2m as the year-on-year decline in advertising revenues continued to impact, buoyed slightly by an increase in circulation revenue. By Stephen Lepitak Google’s move to set up a webpage allowing European citizens the right to request the removal of links has been described as “a pragmatic response to a flawed ruling” by advertising body ISBA, as the search giant attempted to meet the recent EU legal ruling. The flag, which includes a hood, has been put for sale in stores for around £3, according to The Telegraph, with ‘England’ written in red across the back. Images posted on Twitter provoked an angry response. By Stephen Lepitak Kim Kardashian’s wedding picture to Kanye West has broken the Instagram record for the highest number likes delivered by a single post. The image, posted on Kardashian’s account, sees her and new husband West kissing at the end of their ceremony last week. It has so far received over 2.03 million likes. Another picture of the pair walking down the isle afterwards has also picked up 1.63 million likes. The previous record on Instagram was set by a picture featuring Will Smith and Justin Bieber.
