By Stephen Lepitak Paddy Power pulled another ambush marketing publicity stunt by sending someone dressed as The Grim Reaper to sit behind Manchester United manager David Moyes at Goodison yesterday, only to see him ejected by stewards. The cheeky bookmaker sent the reaper, who was also wearing a branded t-shirt, in order to haunt the under-fire former Everton manager, who saw his side lose 0-2, increasing the pressure on him at the same time after a poor season.
