Phone-hacking trial: Andy Coulson will be retried on remaining charges

By James Doleman At the Old Bailey this morning former News of the World editor Andy Coulson was told he will face a retrial on two charges of conspiring to commit misconduct in a public office. Coulson was convicted last week of being involved in the illegal interception of voicemails but the jury could not agree a verdict on the misconduct charges. The Drum Live harnesses double robot to reach parts normally unreachable

A Double Robot, has been confirmed as a delegate at The Drum Live. The technology, made by US firm Double Robotics, will allow a representative of the Ukranian tech industry to attend the conference without having to leave their country. The operator in the Ukraine, will be able to use the robot to move freely around the conference, and interact with other delegates as well as giving a presentation explaining why the world should continue to support the Ukraine tech scene, despite the current poltical upheaval. Osper raises £6m for UK expansion

Currently being tested the bright orange cards have proven popular with children, who view the product as a symbol of responsibility with more than £10k being loaded onto the cards by parents. Facebook criticised for manipulating news feeds in secret mood altering experiment

By John Glenday Facebook has come under fire from protesters after it admitted to manipulating the news feeds of 689,000 users as part of a secret mood altering experiment. The social media giant was seeking to toy with people’s emotions by filtering comments, videos, pictures and links posted by friends in order to influence whether that person felt happier or sadder – a process it dubbed ‘emotional contagion’.
